Responsibilities
- Collaborate with front office analysts to capture and transform knowledge and data, applying AI to produce actionable research.
- Develop and maintain AI solutions using agentic and generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) and cloud services.
- Build and deploy Python-based APIs (FastAPI/Flask) on AWS infrastructure (ECS/EKS, Lambda, Bedrock, Docker).
- Integrate self-learning and agentic AI technologies to enhance research workflows.
- Lead AI initiatives with potential progression to Applied AI Lead / Director roles.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with AgentOps (CI/CD, monitoring, optimisation).
- Applied, pragmatic "builder/hacker" mindset with rapid iteration from idea to proof of concept to production.
- Understanding of investment banking / research workflows and financial data platforms (Bloomberg, FactSet, Refinitiv).
- Experience with M365 Copilot / Copilot Studio, plugins, and skills.
- Prior experience in a Post-Trade / Front Office environment.
- Front office knowledge, ability to discuss macro, derivatives or commodities, and cloud experience.
