About the role
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer with extensive network security background to work with a large global financial services company. The role requires expertise in networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP), security, risk, governance, automation, and identity & access management, with strong financial services experience, preferably in insurance.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain network security architecture and controls.
- Collaborate with IT, risk and governance teams to ensure compliance with NIST and COBIT frameworks.
- Automate security processes and monitor network threats.
- Support hybrid work environment and provide onsite security assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in network security and IT infrastructure.
- Experience delivering solutions for large financial services organisations.
- Certifications such as CSA, CISSP or CRISC are desirable.
- Knowledge of NIST and COBIT frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely and onsite.
