The Role

  • Engineers (x2) – £80k + 10–15% bonus + excellent package
  • Location: Remote-first, with occasional travel to London or Potters Bar.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and evolving a modern Ruby on Rails mortgage platform
  • Designing scalable, secure, and resilient systems used at real-world scale
  • Working in product-aligned, empowered teams with true ownership
  • Driving CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automation across the stack
  • (Lead) Setting technical direction and mentoring engineers
