The Roles
- Lead Engineer – £110k–£115k + 10–15% bonus + excellent package
Location
- Hybrid - London - x1 day a week on-site
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and evolving a modern Ruby on Rails mortgage platform
- Designing scalable, secure, and resilient systems used at real-world scale
- Working in product-aligned, empowered teams with true ownership
- Driving CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automation across the stack (Lead)
- Setting technical direction and mentoring engineers

- Ruby on Rails | MySQL | JavaScript (React desirable) | CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab) | Cloud (Azure)

- Strong Ruby on Rails experience (MVC, APIs)
