Hawksworth are recruiting now for a Client Relationship Partner for a global, well-known Financial Services corporation. Home Based | UK (occasional travel to London, Watford & Bristol)

Base salary £39k - £58,800 + 10–15% Bonus + Excellent Benefits

We're looking for an experienced Client Relationship Partner to manage a portfolio of key Corporate Protection clients, building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Ideally you will hold a GR1 or be working towards it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop relationships with large corporate clients
  • Support customers through claims and rehabilitation journeys
  • Deliver client reviews, insights and performance reporting
  • Work closely with Sales, Claims and Underwriting teams to drive retention and customer satisfaction
  • Promote the full range of products, services and wellbeing solutions available to clients

  • Experience in Employee Benefits, Group Risk, Protection, Insurance or Financial Services
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently
  • Commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach
