Have you managed a small team (3) of RoR Engineers? Our client has written their mortgage platform in Rails and they need you to help manage the strategy and be line manager to 3 Engineers. We are currently interviewing for 3 positions, 1 Lead Engineer and 2 mid-level...who will be your team.
What experience is needed?
- Team Lead / Line Management experience
- 5+ years building Ruby on Rails experience
- Financial services experience
- React or other JavaScript frameworks
- Azure environment experience
- Web-based MVC applications and APIs
- DevOps best practice - CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication skills
