Overview
Hawksworth are hiring for a Global European Bank based in London. We are now searching for a Corporate & Leveraged Finance Senior Associate for the Leverage Finance Department. This is a Permanent position, Hybrid working (x3 days on site, x 2 days from home per week), Base salary up to £100,000 + Bonus + Package.
Responsibilities
The Leveraged Finance team within the Corporate and Leveraged Finance group is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of the Banks leveraged loan and high yield bond transactions for private equity, leveraged telecom and leveraged corporate clients.
Required experience
- Comprehensive understanding of the syndicated term loan and high yield bond markets and related products. - Essential
- Experience in leveraged credit and / or structured finance. - Essential.
- Any experience of the following systems would be preferable: KIWIS/Diamond/Phidias/Eurecca/Anadefi/ ClientLive)
- Strong communication skills and happy with taking a leading role in preparing pitches and pricing / Market updates for clients.
- Capable of elaborating pricing rationales and analysis of comparables in corporation with the syndicate desk.
- Capable of Reviewing and analysing new business opportunities with deal teams
- Happy to Support the portfolio team in drafting annual reviews and monitoring client portfolio
- Complete Financial modelling for transactions
