Hawksworth are now recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst within an Asset Management team of a Global Financial Services client. This is a Permanent role, paying up to £75,000 base salary + up to 15% bonus + Excellent pension and package.
Hybrid working – 1 to 2 days in the office per week depending on location in London city.
The Job:
- This is a Senior Business Analyst opportunity, mentoring 1 or 2 junior members of the team.
- Working in the Asset Management team (Asset Management background is needed for this role).
- You will be working in the IT / Change portfolio helping with all BA activities within Asset Management IT & Change.
Required skills & Experience:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in a blue-chip organisation (Essential)
- Asset Management background (Essential)
- Extensive Financial Services industry experience
- Used to working in Agile environments
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels (oral, written, presenting)
- Knowledge of Change projects
- Any business Analysis qualifications
- Degree education (or equivalent)
