Hawksworth are now recruiting for an Agency & Transaction Management Analyst (Senior Middle-Office role at Senior VP level). This is a Senior level role within a middle-office function which supports Corporate and Leverage Finance Front-Office teams.

The job:
Provide the middle-office support function for the business conducted by International Trade and Transaction Banking and Corporate & Leverage Finance. You will manage complex loans as agent or participant in an autonomous manner and provide support to the rest of the team. You will need to demonstrate technical skills as an expert on financing and loans documentation. Act as a liaison point between the Front-Offices of certain Business Lines, and the Back Office. Mandate is to assist the FO in the execution of facilities.

- 5+ years Supporting Front & Back office in a Middle-Office function
