Marvel FMCG are partnering with Hawkstone to recruit an On-Trade Account Manager (South) to join their sales team. This is a permanent position that can be open to locations across the South of the UK. Salary: £40k – £45k, plus £5k car allowance + benefits. Location: Home Based – with regular travel required Why this role? This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing brewer and play a key role in expanding their presence in the UK market. With full P&L responsibility, you will have the autonomy to shape the success of your region, working with dynamic teams and innovative products. The role… As an On Trade Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing regional wholesalers and mid-sized managed groups (5-100 outlets). This is a home-based role, focusing on developing and growing the distribution of the brewer’s products within your assigned region. You will ensure customer requirements are met and business opportunities are maximised. Your key responsibilities include: Full P&L Responsibility: Manage your region and customers with complete accountability. Customer Management: Develop existing RTM and managed business, ensuring customer satisfaction. Business Growth: Expand the distribution of the brewer’s products through RTM and managed groups.
