Are you ready to bring your experience and passion for the On and Off trade to a hugely exciting business with an award winning drinks portfolio? Hawkstone are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join the team and work with the Head of Trade Marketing on the activation strategy across the On and Off Trade.
If you are an ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, you will thrive in a business where autonomy is the name of the game. This is a multi-discipline role, and so you need to have a good understanding of FMCG activation.
Ways of working: 1 day a week at the Brewery - Bourton on the Water, Gloucestershire.
This is a central role in the team and you will be given the tools to develop and thrive. You will be joining the 24th fastest growing company in the UK and the fastest growing beer brand according to the Sunday Times Top 100. With recent new wins, significant investment and the hugely successful track record of Clarkson’s Farm, now is a great time to join this incredible brand on their journey.
The role involves:
- Being the Hawkstone brand guardian and responsible for executing below the line strategy for the beers and ciders portfolio and delivering it across On and Off Trade.
- Creating and developing trade activation materials and ensuring trade channels have all assets they require including social tools.
- Creating compelling sales presentations to aid selling arguments for customers.
- Attending all key On & Off Trade customer meetings with a view to being the marketing expert in these meetings.
- Working closely with wider teams to plan and execute the brand experiential and trade events calendar.
- Being confident with ADOBE, acting as the point of contact for PR, delivering key messages and timely communications, and developing relationships with key trade media.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven marketeer from the FMCG industry who is looking to join a brand that is on an incredible journey. If you love being creative and want to continue your drinks career or perhaps get into drinks, this is an amazing role to do that. Hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Suite, with InDesign essential (Illustrator and Photoshop desirable), to adapt and create trade facing materials is a must for this role.
