Role Overview
We are looking for 3 experienced Banksmen / Traffic Marshals to join a busy construction site in Brogborough.
The successful candidates will be responsible for safely managing vehicle and plant movements, maintaining safe pedestrian routes, and ensuring site traffic operates efficiently in accordance with health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely direct the movement of site vehicles and plant.
- Marshal deliveries entering and leaving site.
- Ensure pedestrian safety around moving vehicles.
- Use approved hand signals and/or radio communication.
- Maintain traffic management systems and safe access routes.
- Report hazards and unsafe acts to site management.
- Work in line with site health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Previous experience working as a Banksman / Traffic Marshal on construction sites.
- Full PPE.
- Good communication skills and strong safety awareness.
- Reliable with the ability to work as part of a team.
Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience and qualifications.
