Site Manager Silverlink (NE28)

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a construction project based in Silverlink, NE28.

Location: Silverlink, NE28
\n Rate: £210 per day
\n Duration: 4 weeks
\n Start Date: Monday 10th August
Key Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the construction site.
- Manage subcontractors and site operatives to ensure works are completed safely and on schedule.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Conduct daily site briefings and maintain accurate site records.
- Liaise with clients, project managers and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor quality standards and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

\nRequirements\n

- Valid SMSTS certificate (essential).
- Previous Site Management experience on construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of site health & safety procedures.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines.
- CSCS Card and First Aid at Work are desirable.
