Hawksmoor is seeking a Restaurant and Wine Manager in London to lead the restaurant floor, elevate the guest experience and own the on-site wine programme. You will inspire the team, drive service excellence and manage wine sales and profitability alongside the leadership group.
You will work closely with the General Manager, Bar Manager and kitchen to maintain Hawksmoor standards while delivering memorable hospitality and strong commercial performance.
