We’re proud to be a certified B Corp, one of the most sustainable restaurant groups in the industry, and to have been recognised as one of the Best Companies to work for year after year.

At Hawksmoor, we believe brilliant hospitality is about making people feel genuinely looked after. That's as true for a private dining event as it is for dinner for two.

We're looking for a Sales & Events Manager to join our London Sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, spotting opportunities and creating exceptional experiences from the very first enquiry through to the last guest leaving happy.

Working closely with our Group Head of Sales, Marketing team and restaurant teams, you'll help grow our private dining, events and group bookings while championing the Hawksmoor brand across London.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Driving sales for private dining, group bookings, corporate events and exclusive hire opportunities.
  • Building lasting relationships with corporate clients, hotels, concierges, event agencies, travel partners and local businesses.
  • Hosting show rounds, client meetings and tastings that leave a lasting impression.
  • Managing the entire event journey—from enquiry and proposal through to planning, delivery and follow‑up.
  • Working closely with our restaurant, reservations and kitchen teams to ensure every event runs seamlessly.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and helping us grow our presence across London.
  • Monitoring sales performance, conversion rates and event activity to help achieve ambitious targets.

Who you are

  • Experience in hospitality sales, events or private dining.
  • A natural ability to build relationships and develop new business.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence working towards sales targets.
  • A proactive approach—you enjoy finding opportunities rather than waiting for them.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • People management skills and experience managing a team.
  • Experience using event management systems such as Triple Seat is a bonus, but not essential.

Our Values

  • Welcome Everyone – We create warm, inclusive spaces where people feel genuinely welcome.
  • Work Hard and Be Nice to People – We set high standards and treat each other with kindness and respect.
  • Hit Hawksmoor Standards – We care deeply about quality and consistency every day.
  • Keep Evolving – We stay curious, open to feedback and always looking to improve.

Benefits

  • Hybrid working
  • 50% off food at Hawksmoor for you and your loved ones
  • Free team meals when working in our restaurants
  • Wagestream early wage access and financial wellbeing tools
  • Referral bonuses from day one
  • Exclusive savings on travel, shopping and experiences
  • Full training and development with clear progression opportunities
  • The chance to put on impactful and exciting events with a world class restaurant group

We’re building a team that reflects the richness and diversity of the communities we serve.

At Hawksmoor, we welcome everyone and believe in creating a workplace where individuality is celebrated, kindness is key and high standards are met together.

If this role excites you but you don’t meet every requirement, please apply anyway.

You might be exactly who we’re looking for.
