After an incredible 10 years operating one of the city’s busiest restaurants, Hawksmoor Manchester is looking for a restaurant manager. Join our General Manager, AGMs, Exec Chef, Bar Manager, Wine Manager and Reservations Manager as the head of the huge restaurant department and complete this stellar management team!
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager to join our team and make a real impact. If you are someone who loves building a positive, motivated, and inclusive culture where every team member feels valued and driven to succeed, this could be the perfect fit.
As our Restaurant Manager, you will play an instrumental role in helping the team grow and shine; providing training, mentorship, and support to ensure everyone is on the same page about delivering exceptional service & hospitality to our guests. We are a busy restaurant serving over 2,000 people each week, with the RM managing a team of 40 staff including junior managers, head waiters, waiters and food runners.
In this role, you set the standard by leading from the front, showing the team what great service looks like; you will be hands-on, involved in all aspects of the daily flow – from welcoming guests with a smile to making sure every detail of the dining experience runs smoothly. Plus, you will have the chance to build a team culture that’s all about passion, dedication, and a shared goal of creating memorable guest experiences.
