As Restaurant Manager at Hawksmoor, you’ll own and organise the front‑of‑house operation, leading a large, diverse team to deliver consistently brilliant hospitality. This is a senior, hands‑on role for a floor‑led leader who thrives on developing people, running a busy restaurant to the highest standards, and driving impactful projects that deliver real results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the day‑to‑day restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional service at every moment
- Inspire, coach and develop the front‑of‑house team to deliver warm, confident hospitality
- Be a visible presence on the floor, setting standards and leading by example
- Work closely with the General Manager and senior team to drive performance and results
- Own guest experience, service recovery and feedback with confidence and care
- Support recruitment, training, engagement and progression across the FOH team
Who You Are
- Experienced as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a quality, high‑volume restaurant
- Proven experience leading service and events in high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant environments
- A natural people leader who builds motivated, high‑performing teams
- Commercially aware, organised and calm under pressure
- Passionate about hospitality, food, drink and memorable guest experiences
- Values‑led, collaborative and proud to run a great restaurant
