Hawksmoor is seeking a Reservations Manager on a fixed-term contract to lead the reservations and host function across our London restaurants. You’ll be on the floor during service, welcoming guests and managing seating while supporting the reservations team and overseeing systems and standards.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager and FOH leaders to optimise covers and guest experience, handling VIP bookings and special requests with warmth and professionalism.
