We’re looking for an experienced FTC Recruitment Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team on a part‑time basis for a period of 6 months. This role will support a busy recruitment period while also helping us improve how we work through better systems, processes, data, AI and recruitment technology. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands‑on recruitment delivery and project work. You’ll support live vacancies across restaurant management, senior operational and specialist roles, while also helping us make recruitment smarter, faster and more consistent. We’re thinking around two to three days a week in total, but this could be spread across shorter days, mornings, evenings, school hours or a pattern that changes week to week. For the right person, we are very open to shaping the role around what works.

What You’ll Do

  • Support recruitment across restaurant management, senior operational and specialist roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand vacancies, agree timelines and keep processes moving
  • Screen, shortlist and engage candidates, providing clear recommendations to hiring managers
  • Support proactive sourcing, talent mapping and candidate pipeline management
  • Review recruitment processes, templates, guides and hiring manager tools
  • Help improve our ATS, recruitment data, reporting and pipeline visibility
  • Explore where AI, automation and recruitment technology could improve sourcing, screening, communication and reporting
  • Support the creation of clear, practical recruitment procedures that are easy for hiring managers to follow

Who You Are

  • Experienced in recruitment, ideally within hospitality, retail, leisure or another fast‑paced multi‑site environment
  • Confident partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple vacancies
  • Comfortable with sourcing, screening, shortlisting and candidate management
  • Curious about systems, technology, AI and how recruitment processes can be improved
  • Organised, proactive and able to turn ideas into simple, useful tools and processes
  • Warm, professional and committed to creating a fair, consistent candidate experience
