Part-time Reservationist – London
Reservationist
Since 2006 we have been the UK\’s home of ethically sourced, grass-fed beef, cooked over charcoal and paired with our award-winning wines and cocktails. As a Reservationist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing bookings and creating great first impressions.
What You\’ll Do
- Manage guest bookings by phone, email and online
- Seat guests and take drinks orders
- Take coats and manage cloakroom
- Provide warm, professional and efficient service at all times
- Work with managers to maximise bookings and covers
- Support with guest communications before and after visits
