What You’ll Do

  • Lead the pastry section during prep and service
  • Deliver exceptional desserts with consistency and care
  • Bake, churn, pipe, plate – and everything in between
  • Contribute to menu development, tastings and training
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and organisation

  • You’ve worked in pastry at Chef de Partie level or higher
  • You’re passionate about baking, pastry and creative presentation
  • You’ve got a great eye for detail and thrive in a busy service
