What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement scalable learning solutions that support operational excellence.
  • Own and continuously improve our learning platform, ensuring content, pathways and data are clear, relevant and easy to use.
  • Turn business and operational changes into practical learning tools and resources.
  • Build and maintain learning dashboards and insights that support better decision making.
  • Work closely with L&D Managers and leaders to embed learning across restaurants and central teams.
  • Lead learning campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement and adoption.
  • Use data and feedback to evaluate impact and continuously improve learning experiences.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in learning design, L&D systems or learning operations.
  • Confident working with LMS or LXP platforms and learning data.
  • Organised, analytical and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • A strong collaborator who enjoys working across teams and sites.
  • Passionate about making learning simple, practical and impactful.
  • Values‑led and motivated by building capability through people development.
