What You’ll Do
- Design and implement scalable learning solutions that support operational excellence.
- Own and continuously improve our learning platform, ensuring content, pathways and data are clear, relevant and easy to use.
- Turn business and operational changes into practical learning tools and resources.
- Build and maintain learning dashboards and insights that support better decision making.
- Work closely with L&D Managers and leaders to embed learning across restaurants and central teams.
- Lead learning campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement and adoption.
- Use data and feedback to evaluate impact and continuously improve learning experiences.
Who You Are
- Experienced in learning design, L&D systems or learning operations.
- Confident working with LMS or LXP platforms and learning data.
- Organised, analytical and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- A strong collaborator who enjoys working across teams and sites.
- Passionate about making learning simple, practical and impactful.
- Values‑led and motivated by building capability through people development.
