As a

Kitchen Porter at Hawksmoor , you’ll be a vital part of the kitchen team, helping keep everything clean, organised and running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll support chefs during service and play a key part in maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Keep the kitchen clean, safe and organised throughout service
  • Wash dishes, pots and kitchen equipment to a high standard
  • Support chefs with basic prep and general tasks when needed
  • Manage waste and recycling responsibly
  • Assist with deliveries and stock organisation
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Who You Are

  • Reliable, hardworking and happy to get stuck in
  • Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment
  • A strong team player who takes pride in doing things properly
  • Organised and able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential, full training provided
