Job Description
Junior Sous Chef:
We are very excited to be recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to help lead and develop our award-winning kitchen team. Ideally, you’ll have experience with fresh food and managing a large and diverse team.
You’ll be working with amazing produce from some of the best suppliers in the country; and alongside talented chefs led by Executive Chef Matt Brown – who has been Head Chef of two 3 Michelin starred restaurants.
