Hawksmoor in the UK is seeking an IT Manager to lead our IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity and technology development across the business. This hands-on, standalone role works closely with Finance, Operations, restaurant teams, external partners and the CFO to ensure our systems are reliable, secure and cost‑effective for day‑to‑day operations and future growth.
The role is UK-based with time between Hawksmoor House, restaurants and some home working, averaging around three days on site.
