Hawksmoor in London is seeking a Head Sommelier to lead and develop our award-winning wine team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and wine service across the restaurant floor.

You will work with the Wine Manager to grow the wine programme, manage stock and cellar organisation, train the front-of-house team through tastings, and drive wine sales while upholding Hawksmoor’s standards of hospitality.

WSET Level 3 or equivalent is preferred, with a long-term path toward Assistant Wine Manager.
