As Head Reservationist at Hawksmoor, you’ll lead the reservations and guest relations team, ensuring every arrival, enquiry and seating flows seamlessly.
This is not a desk only job.
You’ll be actively welcoming guests, managing the reservations desk during service, coordinating cloakroom and seating, and working closely with floor teams to deliver warm, genuine hospitality from the first contact to the final goodbye.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the reservations and host team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Manage bookings across phone, email and online channels with accuracy and warmth
- Greet and seat guests, oversee cloakroom and manage the flow of the restaurant during service
- Communicate clearly with floor, kitchen and management teams to support smooth service Handle special requests, VIP bookings and guest enquiries with confidence and care
- Support events, group bookings and buyouts in partnership with the wider management team
Who You Are
- Experienced as a Head Reservationist, Reservations Manager or senior front of house leader in a quality hospitality environment
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Calm, confident and solutions focused under pressure
- Naturally welcoming and professional with guests
- A supportive leader who enjoys developing people and raising standards
