As Head Bartender, you will lead the bar team, creating exceptional drinks and guest experiences.
What You’ll Do- Lead the bar team and inspire them with your knowledge and passion
- Create and serve outstanding drinks with flair and consistency
- Ensure bar standards, cleanliness and stock are maintained
- Train and develop bartenders and barbacks
- Work with managers to develop menus and seasonal specials
- Strong bartender experience in a quality cocktail-led venue
- Natural leader with strong drinks knowledge
- Love hospitality and engaging with people
