Hawksmoor is seeking a Reservations Manager on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, starting September. You’ll lead the reservations and host function, ensuring every guest journey is smooth from first contact to seating, with hands-on floor presence.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager and FOH leadership to optimise covers, guest experience and communication, while overseeing the reservations system and standards.
