As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll be key in supporting the senior kitchen team and stepping up as a leader, while continuing your own development towards Sous Chef.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the Sous and Head Chef with daily kitchen management
  • Lead a section while supervising and training junior chefs
  • Ensure food quality and consistency meets Hawksmoor standards
  • Help with ordering, stock control and waste reduction
  • Take responsibility for food safety and kitchen organisation when senior chefs are away
