As Manager in Training at Hawksmoor, you’ll be on a structured pathway towards becoming an Assistant General Manager. This is a senior development role designed for ambitious hospitality leaders who are ready to take the next step. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team, learning how to lead a high-performing restaurant while maintaining Hawksmoor standards. This is a hands-on role. You’ll spend your time on the floor, leading shifts, supporting managers and learning the commercial and operational aspects of running a restaurant.
What You’ll Do
- Lead services on the floor with confidence and professionalism
- Support the General Manager and senior team in day-to-day operations
- Develop and coach front-of-house managers and team members
- Learn the commercial drivers of the business including labour, sales and performance
- Take ownership of projects that improve standards and guest experience
- Build the leadership skills required to step into an Assistant General Manager role
Who You Are
- Experienced as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager in a quality, high-volume restaurant
- Ambitious and ready to progress into senior leadership
