Hawksmoor in City of London is seeking a Barback to support the bar team during service, keep stations stocked and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation. You will work closely with bartenders and floor teams to ensure smooth service, prepare garnishes and glassware, and learn Hawksmoor’s drinks, systems and standards.
Full training is provided and prior bar or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential.
