As a Food Runner, you’ll play a key role in delivering smooth, high-quality service. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the kitchen and front of house teams to ensure dishes are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest standard. You’ll be on your feet throughout service, supporting the flow of the restaurant and helping create a great guest experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Run food from the kitchen to the floor accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with chefs and front of house teams during service
  • Ensure dishes are presented correctly and reach guests promptly
  • Support the floor team by resetting tables and assisting service when needed
  • Help maintain clean, organised service areas
  • Learn menu knowledge and Hawksmoor service standards
