As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be instrumental in leading the front-of-house team, delivering Hawksmoor standards, and ensuring every guest leaves wanting to return.
What You’ll Do- Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver warm, genuine hospitality
- Take ownership of daily floor operations, service standards and guest experience
- Work closely with the Head Chef and senior team to ensure seamless restaurant operations
- Drive sales through exceptional service, upselling and floor presence
- Recruit, train and develop FOH staff, building a culture of learning and progression
- Experienced as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, quality venue
- A natural leader who motivates teams and leads by example
- Organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
- Passionate about hospitality, food, wine and people
