- What You’ll Do
- Cook steaks and grill items to Hawksmoor standards
- Manage your section with precision during busy services
- Control timing, temperature and consistency on the grill
- Maintain high standards of food safety, organisation and cleanliness
- Work closely with the pass and wider kitchen team to ensure seamless service
- Support junior chefs working within your section
