As a Chef de Partie at Hawksmoor you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering consistently high‑quality dishes with precision and pride. This is a key role within the kitchen, where you’ll balance technical skill, organisation and teamwork to ensure smooth, successful services.
What You’ll Do
- Run your section with confidence and consistency
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to Hawksmoor standards
- Manage mise en place, service and close down efficiently
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sustainability and waste minimisation
- Support and guide Commis Chefs on your section
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service
