Reservations Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

We are excited to start the search for Reservations Manager to join us on a Fixed Term Contract covering Maternity leave for a minimum 9 months starting from September.

As Reservations Manager at Hawksmoor, you’ll lead the reservations and host function, ensuring every guest journey is smooth, welcoming and well managed from first contact to seating. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the restaurant. You’ll spend time on the floor welcoming guests, managing flow and supporting the team, while also overseeing reservations systems, standards and performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and develop the reservations and host team
  • Oversee reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists to support smooth service
  • Be present on the floor during service, welcoming guests and managing seating and flow
  • Ensure cloakroom, arrivals and guest communication run seamlessly
  • Work closely with the General Manager and FOH leadership team to optimise covers and guest experience
  • Handle guest feedback, special requests and VIP bookings with confidence and care
  • Maintain high standards across reservations systems, accuracy and communication
  • Support events, group bookings and buyouts alongside the wider management team
