As a Kitchen Porter at Hawksmoor,you’ll be a vital part of the kitchen team, helping keep everything clean,organised and running smoothly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role whereyou’ll support chefs during service and play a key part in maintaining highstandards of hygiene and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Keep the kitchen clean, safe and organisedthroughout service
- Wash dishes, pots and kitchen equipment to a highstandard
- Support chefs with basic prep and general taskswhen needed
- Manage waste and recycling responsibly
- Assist with deliveries and stock organisation
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at alltimes
Who You Are
- Reliable, hardworking and happy to get stuck in
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment
- A strong team player who takes pride in doingthings properly
- Organised and able to work efficiently underpressure
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but notessential, full training provided
