As a Kitchen Porter at Hawksmoor, you’ll be a vital part of the kitchen team, helping keep everything clean, organised and running smoothly. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you’ll support chefs during service and play a key part in maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency.

What You’ll Do
  • Keep the kitchen clean, safe and organised throughout service
  • Wash dishes, pots and kitchen equipment to a high standard
  • Support chefs with basic prep and general tasks when needed
  • Manage waste and recycling responsibly
  • Assist with deliveries and stock organisation
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
