As a Kitchen Porter at Hawksmoor, you’ll be a vital part of the kitchen team. You’ll help keep the kitchen running smoothly, safely and efficiently, supporting chefs during busy services and making sure standards of cleanliness and organisation are always met. This is a hands-on role and a great opportunity to be part of a professional, supportive kitchen environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep our kitchen clean, safe and running smoothly
  • Wash pots, pans, equipment and floors to the highest standard
  • Help with deliveries, waste and occasional prep
  • Support the chefs and be an essential part of the team
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
