The restaurant is known for its art deco interior, ethically-reared British beef steaks, seafood dishes, and award-winning cocktails and Sunday roast.
Role Overview
We are seeking a part-time Reservationist to manage reservations and communicate with guests. You will handle reservations via OpenTable, email, and phone, ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and confirm restaurant reservations using OpenTable.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Assist with daily reservation reporting and adjustments.
Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant reservations, reception services, bookings management, or restaurant management.
- Proficiency with OpenTable and email systems.
- Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person.
- Ability to work part-time and handle a high-volume environment.
