Hawksmoor Guildhall is seeking a Wine Manager to lead our on-site wine programme, educate the team and deliver confident, memorable wine service across the dining floor, as part of Hawksmoor’s award-winning wine list.
You’ll curate and develop the wine list to Hawksmoor standards and guest expectations, maintain a visible floor presence during service, and manage supplier relationships, sourcing opportunities, stock control and margins to support commercial performance.
