As a Reservationist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing bookings and creating great first impressions.
What You'll Do- Manage guest bookings by phone, email and online
- Seat guests and take drinks orders
- Take coats and manage cloakroom
- Provide warm, professional and efficient service at all times
- Work with managers to maximise bookings and covers
- Support with guest communications before and after visits
- Organised, articulate and confident on the phone and email
- Strong attention to detail and admin skills
