What You’ll Do

  • Run your station with passion, precision and consistency
  • Own starters, sides or larder prep, service and close down
  • Keep food safety, sustainability and waste-minimisation front of mind
  • Work together with kitchen and front-of-house to ensure seamless services
  • Dive into training, tastings, supplier visits and masterclasses
