As a Manager in Training at Hawksmoor, you’ll be on a fast-track development journey toward becoming an Assistant General Manager. You’ll learn from some of the best leaders in the industry, take on responsibility across all areas of the restaurant, and play a key part in running day-to-day operations while developing the skills to manage a site of your own.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn every aspect of restaurant leadership — from people management to financial performance
  • Support the senior team in leading daily service and delivering outstanding hospitality
  • Coach, motivate and develop teams to achieve Hawksmoor standards
  • Take ownership of key projects, driving operational excellence and guest experience
  • Work alongside your mentor to build the leadership, commercial and strategic skills to become an AGM
