As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, running high standards day to day while helping shape the future of the kitchen.
What You’ll Do- Work alongside the Head Chef to run the kitchen
- Manage day-to-day operations including service, prep and close
- Lead, train and inspire the team across all sections
- Take ownership of ordering, stock control and kitchen standards
- Be a role model for Hawksmoor values and food quality
- You’ve been a Sous Chef or Senior Sous in a quality, high-volume kitchen
- You’re a proven leader with strong people management skills
- You balance creativity with consistency and organisation
- You’re ready to step into a Head Chef role in the future
