As a Chef de Partie at Hawksmoor, you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering consistently high-quality dishes with precision and pride. This is a key role within the kitchen, where you’ll balance technical skill, organisation and teamwork to ensure smooth, successful services.
What You’ll Do- Run your section with confidence and consistency
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to Hawksmoor standards
- Manage mise en place, service and close down efficiently
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sustainability and waste minimisation
- Support and guide Commis Chefs on your section
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service
- Experienced as a Chef de Partie working with fresh food
- Technically strong with good organisational skills
- Calm and focused during busy services
- A supportive team player who enjoys developing others
