Hawksmoor is seeking a Grill Chef to take ownership of the iconic charcoal grill in our kitchen.

You’ll cook steaks and grill items to Hawksmoor standards, manage your section during busy services, and ensure timing, temperature and consistency across every plate.

This hands-on role rewards precision, teamwork and pride in quality produce.

You’ll work with the pass and wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service, while aiding junior chefs and upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.
