Head Waiter

As a Head Waiter, you set the standard for service and support the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
What You\’ll Do
- Lead by example on the floor, delivering exceptional service
- Support and train the waiting team to reach Hawksmoor standards
- Take ownership of sections and VIP tables
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless experience
- Help drive sales through menu knowledge and confident recommendations
Who You Are
- Strong experience as a Waiter in a quality, high-volume restaurant
- Confident, professional and love leading by example
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ambitious, with potential to move towards Supervisor or Management
