As a Chef de Partie at Hawksmoor, you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering consistently high-quality dishes with precision and pride. This is a key role within the kitchen, where you’ll balance technical skill, organisation and teamwork to ensure smooth, successful services.

What You’ll Do

  • Run your section with confidence and consistency
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to Hawksmoor standards
  • Manage mise en place, service and close down efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, sustainability and waste minimisation
  • Support and guide Commis Chefs on your section
  • Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service
